Welcome to the second arts trail in Thornton. Artists, volunteers and community venues have worked together to showcase some amazing creative activity in houses, gardens, studios, cafes, galleries and businesses.

The event runs over two days as there is so much to see and do. In addition to exhibiting art, some artists will be selling their artworks in the venues, offering drop-in creative workshops and demonstrating how they make their work. You will also spot some street art and knit-bombing when walking around the trail.

The trail can be started at any point. The total distance of a circuit is around one mile. Some of the streets are steep and uneven.

There is on street parking in the village and spaces can often be found on West Lane, Thornton Road, James St and elsewhere. Please note that the limited parking on Market St is needed by residents and that it is a one way street.
